So happy we found RMS! Michael was quick to give us an estimate we were very happy with and quick to schedule the job! We were extremely happy with the quality and price! We will definitely have more projects to schedule in the near future!

Michael and his crew made the exterior of our house look like new, but better (more modern and *really* sharp)! This entailed repairing a few areas before painting the wood siding, as well as the brickwork. RMS also made repairs on our wooden deck and a small fence before painting those, too. In all cases, the carpentry work, the painting and the crew were meticulous! While the work was underway, Michael regularly came by, which was helpful for discussing small requests that emerged along the way. Last but not least, he and his crew were pleasant and professional from start to finish, and we are very pleased with the results!

We found RMS from the Angi app and were thrilled at the work of this team. They finished a remodel of our half bath by fixing and leveling the floor, installing floor laminate, patching and installing drywall, painting ceiling and walls, installed fixtures and ensured all worked well. We had a very large project to complete when we first contacted Michael. First, I want to say that we had 2 other contractors come to look and immediatly said the project was too large. We were planning a complete remodel of our basement including a bathroom, remodel of kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances etc. Michael took on the project right away and from the very beginning was professional and the large project didn't scare him!! 🙂 We had a vision of what we wanted and Michael, Brandon and the rest of his team brought it to life! Their attention to detail was amazing and the suggestions for certain areas was well recieved and appreciated! Basement was total re-make with a custom wet bar, wood floor in half and living area with carpet in the other half. He worked with the plumbers and electricians flawlessly. They were able to make the support posts into a masterpiece with stone on bottom, granite ledge and boxed in the top. The bathroom hadnt been used in over 30 years so needless to say it was a job! They transformed it into a beautiful, useful bathroom with tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, new half wall. They always were very accomodating with all of our "extra" requests that always pop up when a remodel is being done. Michael was always available with the hundreds of questions and requests as well! We ended up with them painting the entire interior of the house as well (which wasnt the original plan) however trusted them and saw what amazing work they do! Our bar is one of a kind and that is all because of their expertise and experience. We truely felt 100% comfortable in working with them and missed them when they finally completed the job! LOL, We actually are already in the works to hire them next spring for some exterior work , new deck, painting house etc! We would absolutly recommend these guys for any job! From start to finish Mike Koss and his crew were perfection. Through the entire process they were on time, efficient and got the job done. They use a design person to aid in color choices. McKenzie was very helpful. The team did much more than paint. They removed a couple of dead trees and lots of old landscaping and weeds that would have impeded their painting process. The wood was power washed, scraped and bad areas were caulked and many areas replaced. A “door to nowhere” was removed and wood siding installed in it’s place. We had great expectations and they completely exceeded them. We (and I think the neighbors) are very happy with the new look of our 100+ year old Founder’s Grove home. Five stars all the way!!!! Now on to landscaping!!!!

RMS came and replaced the flooring and stairs on my deck, and painted trim around the door. Very dependable, honest, and professional. It looks amazing and I am more than pleased with the work they did! I will definitely contact them again for any work needing done. Great work! Thank you RMS!

The owner is a understanding person ..and shows professional response when it comes to concerns of people in the neighborhood they are working...they are a hard working team...

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing their services. They were so easy to work with, responded quickly with the quote and answers to any questions I had. They were able to get the job scheduled and done within a few weeks (power washing siding and painting trim/shutters). We were very pleased with their work!! You just can’t find this kind of hustle and service nowadays!
